4. Your Workouts Are Always the Same

If you’ve been working out and your weight loss has plateaued, it’s a sign that you need to mix things up. When you do the same workout three to five times a week, your muscles become accustomed to it, so you need to tweak your workouts at least every six weeks.

Or even better, do something different every time you work out. CrossFit or boot-camp-style workouts are great examples of this.
